Hi everyone,

I found out at my scan on 3rd that I had a missed miscarriage and I choose to let it happen naturally on 8th I had a scan on 13th to confirm all had gone, and to do a pregnancy test on 22/03 which I didn't see the point but my clinic said it was really important that I did, so I did it today and it's still postive, I'm still bleeding slightly and last 2 days had bad cramps,

o can't get hold of epu for advise and I've done an e consult for my doctors , but I was wondering if anyone else has been through this how long it was before you got a negative,

seems like this has been going on forever first had a bleed 10th feb, one off brown blood clinic said old blood is good sign, and little bit more on the weekend but then nothing, lost all my symptoms had my variability scan 23rd that see the sack but it was emptied they couldn't confirm but said it didn't look hopeful and referred me to epu, I had a scan on 25/2 which than said was too close and to have another on the 3rd which confirm empty sack still, and classed as a missed miscarriage,

so was looking for help advise until I hopefully hear back from. Epu or docotors

Hi Leesalou,I am really sorry to hear you are going through this.

I went through something similar to you and I also decided to let my body naturally do the work.

Everyone's body is different and Everyone's recovery time varys.

It took me a full 2 weeks before Hcg level to even start dropping. My body didn't want to recognise I was no longer pregnant.

Hopefully it won't be long now.

Wishing you the best.

thank you for you're reply,

I still have a tiny bit left but she's done a blood test to see what levels are and are ringing me tomorrow, Jist seems so long winded. Sorry you've been through it too xx
