I'm just looking for reassurance that have a faint positive at this stage is ok ? I've been looking at post and lots of you have blazing one ny now I feel worried

try not to worry - you're using a testing strip that tends to not show as darkly early on. First responses (which is what a lot of the tests on here are) are stronger because they detect lower levels of hcg -

Also, on top of that, embryos implant at different times, and hcg levels are different with every pregnancy - so day 9 is still early. I had a wild hcg to start also because I initially had two embryos working to develop, although I got vanishing twin syndrome by week 9. There are lots of reasons!

Maybe get a couple of first response tests and do one and then wait a couple of days and do another? Don't take them too close together or you'll just be trying to interpret the difference, and it won't be as obvious on a day to day basis.
