2 miscarriages in a row

I need some advise how to get my GP to refer me to a gynecologist consultant to run some tests, to get some answers why I keep having miscarriages. The only problem it is that my GP keep saying that I need to have 3 misscariages to be qualified to have those tests done.

I am over 35 and had 2 miscarriages in a row and they have to help me somehow, NHS must offer me some kind of help.

I would appreciate if anyone knows anything what to do in this situation.

Thank you.

Xxx

Our OB/GYN ran a blood test after 3 miscarriages in a row our results was that my wife was allergic to folic acid and to change our prenatals I know that was not everything but I hope this is a suggestion that helps I will ask my wife later if she has more information on the situation.

As far as I am aware law has been changed recently. Now you can have investigations done after 2 miscarriages not 3. They will check your thyroid and your blood clothing disorders (thrombophilia) like Factor V Leiden in case you need blood thinner. I am really sorry for your loses 🥺🤗
