Feeling a bit worried 😟

we got a positive blood result last week from our frozen embryo transfer. I've got a bit of browny discharge, instead of the usual cream from the pessary and a little red/brown blood on wiping!! Is it over before we've even got started? 🙈😭

Definitely not. It’s really common. The pessaries can cause a little irritation sometimes so try putting them slightly lower in. Let the clinic know though. I had bleeding in both my pregnancies, in this one I’ve genuinely never seen blood like it (it was up the walls 🤦🏽‍♀️) and I’m now 18 weeks. Its more common with IVF pregnancies. What they said to me was if it’s already brown it’s probably old blood. And you’re right at the time they expect a little implantation bleeding too. 🤞 Please don’t panic. Easier said than done I know! x

Still ok. If it’s still spotting it should be ok. With my first pregnancy it was never really more than spotting but was bright red. With this one like I said it was a blood bath. Just have to try and take it a day at a time. Horrendously stressful I know!! It’s just something nobody can explain a lot of the time and nobody can make any guarantees about. Try and find something to distract yourself, put a pad on and put your feet up. x
