2nd Miscarriage

Hey ladies ive recently gotten pregnant but i just missed my period & was very early and took a PT & it was positive and then I spot brown and then a couple days later i started bleeding very light and it got a lil heavier but not really heavy i began to see tissue so i went to the ER and my hcg levels were a 6 so they called it a threatened miscarriage because i was very early and sent me home but turns out i was having a miscarriage and dropped my levels and ive passed more tissue and blood clots this is my second one! I had one my 1st one in August of 2017 and end up getting pregnant 3 weeks after and had a healthy baby girl full term and she is now 1 and got pregnant and had another miscarriage (this one)... What do i need to be getting checked to make sure my next pregnancy will stay? And i took a PT to see if it was still positive but it was negative and everything is passing but i dnt have a fever or anything not even pain or bad cramps but i did just get a headache that started last night what does that mean??
