First failed IVF

I had my first egg collection a few weeks ago. 2 fertilised. I have endometriosis, slightly low AMH and one ectopic surgically removed with a fallopian tube last year. One embryo transferred and one frozen. I’ve had a negative pregnancy test today. Am so frustrated and disappointed. Does anyone have any tips to help get me through the next few weeks before I start FET? Also any positive outcomes from FET? Thank you all xx
