I got told my the Dr I had SPD at around 7 weeks pregnant. At around 12 weeks I suffered miscarriage. I was fine for about a month after the SPD pain came back. Has anyone continued to suffer with it after a miscarriage? One side of my groin hurts so much.

Oh, hun, poor thing you are. I'm so sorry for you loss...

If it was recent than some pain is normal. If you have not had an ultrasound perfromed than you must go and get that done (As if any tissue is remaining from the miscarriage than infection can set in and cause real health concerns for you.) The ultrasound (depending on how recent) will show whether or not fragments still remain. If they can not be determined becuase of to much thickness than weekly blood tests should be ran to detect pregnancy hormone drop. Regardless, any pain that you are experiencing should be reported to your dr/clinic. Hope you feel better.
