Hi start my buserilyn tomorrow after a failed fresh transfer. I have five embryos frozen, so hoping for a little miracle!

I am back for bloods and scan 14th Feb does anyone know how long it takes after this for transfer date?

Once you have down regulated on the buserelin, you start the oestrogen tablets- normally once you start your period (you might start these around 14 Feb, just depends). You take them for 10-12 days and are usually scanned again to check your womb lining is nice and thick ready for embryo, then they schedule your transfer date from there depending on how you're responding. I started the buserelin 5 Jan and am having my transfer on Monday (all being well with our one and only cool kid). Good luck xx

It's my first frozen yes. I had a fresh cycle this time last year, got pregnant but baby was poorly and I lost it at 16 weeks. You should have a good chance with having 5 frosties- will they thaw all of them? x

Aw I'm sorry that must have been really upsetting. No only allowed one embryo as have had two surgeries for crohns and got high BP if this doesn't work going to try to push for two although they say it doesn't increase the chances of success by much. Have you got one to transfer? X

We've just got one, top quality blastocyst. I am disappointed we don't have more than one in case it doesn't survive the thaw! Just all a game if chance isn't it.

It so is. We were fortunate to have four day 5 and one day six top quality. It just takes one though all the best too xx
