Medical Cannabis and Liver Fibrosis

I am wondering if it safe to use a small amount of Medical MJ such as a gummy with CBD, CBN and THC for pain and sleep at night. The doctor didn't comment when I told her that I was taking a small amount. Has anyone had any experience with this? I don't want to make things worse.

I suppose the real answer is we don't really know for sure. Remember, most of the things that you allow into your body must be processed by the liver so it all adds up. If your liver is struggling everything matters. Lack of sleep and constant stress are also bad for you so life is a balancing act and then there is also the problem that MJ products are not regulated so are often contaminated with things that we know are toxic. There isn't enough real evidence for most docs to take a firm position so not much help I'm afraid.
