I was shared a copy of the nafld.pdf yesterday and it mentioned to cook with extra virgin olive oil. But it also mentioned that most of the super market olive oils are not good. What brand or where should I get my olive oil from?
Thanks in advance

apollooliveoil.com was suggested to me, I have ordered from here, a little expensive but good product. However, delivery is $10 so you'd want to buy more than one and sometimes certain flavors are sold out but they email to let you know when they have more. I have bought from grocery stores but read the labels. Also, research online some about what ones are better and what to look for, that's what I did. If you plan to drink it some have better flavors than others for that purpose but it takes a little time to find what you like.
I really enjoy the Mediterranean dish brand... Four types, small bottles... Careful with the early harvest... It can be bitter if you use too much...free shipping over 50$ imported from Italy and Greece
A safe bet is to look for the seal of the California Olive Oil Commission (COOC), they provide testing and certify that the grower meets specifications.
Yes, I’ve been purchasing only these since I saw the mention in the pdf. This only limits you to California products no?
