is this vaccine safe if you have stage 1 liver disease? Specialist is recommending but I just feel really nervous about the unknown of how it really will effect the body when I’m already compromised.

We believe that the risks with the vaccine are very low compared to the disease. While it isn't impossible for someone to have a serious reaction it is very very rare. Take a deep breath and get vaccinated as soon as you can.

I’m participating in my 2nd clinical trial through the liver health clinic where I was diagnosed with NASH F3 in 2018. The nurse practitioner there told me to get the covid vaccine
