My MRI report said my liver is enlarged at 23cm traverse by 13 cm anterior posterior and 13 cm craniocaudal. I asked both my GI and liver specialist how much larger than normal is that but didn’t get a clear answer. Not sure how concerned I should be.

I find when people give me data, i ask myself, is it actionable, if not, move along. Focus on data you can work on. How are your AST/ALT? How is your Fibroscore? How is your weight? Your A1C? How is your diet? Do you take unnecessary meds? Do you smoke, on and on. It's not the size but the condition. Is there fat around it you need to eliminate; is there scarring you need to try to reverse. Focus on what you can manage. It's not your job to memorize the dimensions of your body parts, but the condition.

GrapeWizard is correct in that there is so much more to consider. You liver is apparently enlarged but might be because you had eaten a big meal recently, as just one example.
