I supposedly have diagnosed with NASH on ultrasound.i felt pull kind of and some tenderness by my right rib right.Actually under the right rib .

The ultra sound said moderate to severe hepatic steosis .

Ast 55 and alt 105 . But still not sure do I have autoimune hepatitis or the fatty liver.

I had tell them myself that if they could do antibody test

Anti smooth muscle came out to be 7 .And AnA titer 1:80 meaning borderline. So now confusing as it is I dont know what I have . I told them to do mri so I could understand how much fat or inflammation I have my insurance denied it . How can I know after diet or excercise its going worse or better ?. Its ridiculous. But after two weeks of half hour in morning after two hours of eating i did walking and HIT excercise and half hour after two hours of dinner . Eating 8 ounces of brokely and 6 ounce beans without salt morning evening. I did test (after two weeks) Alt went down at 61.

Now liver doc called and said they will do a test again after a month . So waiting. Does pain or pull or tenderness mean it's going worse

Each time I eat carb like small 7 oz of even oatmeal with water nothing else I feel that day extra pull under right rib ..does anyone experience that ? When i stop it goes less

Is this in my head or real ? I really have done this like many times and result is the same .Any input will be be highly appreciated I feel so lost . Thanks

My Alt tests went down, I felt no better and my right side still pulls. I understand what your talking about, but I dont think the doctor do. I got all my results and all I get told is come back in 3 months. I am on the statewide donor list just in case, because I have a rair blood type and African American( which I never knew I ws until now), I am not so sure these doctors know all they say they know. They definatley dont know how we feel. They said I ws imagining my LEFT Side hurting so bad, come to find out after 6 months of complaining, (since it should have been my right side) I have diverticulitis. That is painful, but they didnt believe until I pushed the issue and lost my job because I could not stand up for over an hour without sweating to death and cramping so bad I thought I was gonna fall over, plus I had zero vitim D in my body. Get a second opion, and a third if you have to. Medicaid said I had to have a liver biopsy, and HIV testing done befoe they would pay for my Hepc medications, so I ad to do it, once I did it, they would not pay for the tests nor the medication, Thank God for agencies out here that help pay for things like this. With all that being said, I live in a smalltown and have to travel along ways to the closest liver doctor, so I might not be getting the best of care.
