Hi Arian

If you have NASH it is important to try to work with your doc as there may be related comorbid conditions to consider so we can't be specific but here is a link to our general approach.

There is research which says total fat should be at least 37% of calories but there are "experts" with many different strategies. Our approach is to focus on a healthy, plant based diet but we aren't vegan but you should eat your vegetables and avoid sugar.
