Wayne mentions he takes his olive oil like medicine and he gets some through food. I am not so good at just drinking it down. So these are some ways to get more in which I find more palatable.
1) I get an 8 oz glass of cold water and add 1 Tablespoon of Vietnamese, Saigon or Ceylon Cinnamon. (Use only these as they are beneficial to liver- regular every day stuff is harmful to liver so should be avoided) 1-2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and 1-2 Tablespoons olive oil. Mix well and drink down.
2) Drizzle olive oil over plain vegetables. Like the $1-$2 type you can microwave. Then add seasoning like black pepper, Everything Bagel salt free, Italian seasoning or a some turmeric with black pepper. You feel more satiated with the olive oil so you don't want to overeat on other things.
3) Make French toast using egg whites or organic cage free eggs, a little almond, cashew or coconut milk and Cinnamon-see information above on kind to use. Soak sprouted grain bread in it before browning in a hot pan using olive oil instead of a spray.
4) Make a dipping sauce using olive oil over Italian seasoning or garlic and herb seasoning. Dip toasted Sprouted Grain Bread in it nstead of French Bread like they do at Italian restaurants.
5) Drizzle a little olive oil and a flavored vinegar over your salad. Toss. I also add seasoning like turmeric with fresh ground black pepper, oregano, basil, cilantro, sage, or whatever suits you. Fresh herbs are best but there are some herbs already prepared to add in small packages or tubed that taste as good as fresh. The olive oil adds to the satiety of the salad meaning you feel more satisfied and feel full longer than plain salad.
Anyway- I hope this gives you some ideas. I find I eat less and feel more satisfied when I get 4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil on a daily basis. Bon Appetit!
