I have been diagnosed with fatty liver and I have haemochromatosis. I can't work out what sort of a diet I should be following....any ideas please?

I am in Australia, so some of the products are not available here.

Thank you

Lots of liver friendly veggies and fruits are important to help your liver get healthy again and exercise. I try to eat green steamed veggies 2 - 3 times a day .
