My hematologist said that if needed I could take up to 2,000 mg of Tylenol a day for pain. Does anyone know if gabapentin, ultram or savella are safe to take for pain. Currently I take all three and have for years but am slowly coming off some of my medications since my diagnosis of cirrhosis stage 4 in February 2019. I just wonder what one of the 3 should I focus on weaning off of next?
