Just diagnosed with fatty liver when in for a gall bladder ultrasound. Had concerns about that would have been such a better diagnosis. My doctor's advice and this came from his nurse was exercise lose 15 to 20 lb based on my current weight. One drink would be okay 0 would be better. And cut out sugar. I've yet to speak to him about how far the progression. Actually never ate that poorly. Just starting the reading progress can this be reversed?

Your fatty liver can be reversed/reduced with diet, removing sugar and refined carbohydrates and good amounts of exercise, however this will need to become a lifestyle change going forward.
Hopefully by reading about this on the threads on here you will learn more about how you can alter things in your life going forward. Good luck.
