I’m 42 years old I ran 4/5 times a week do yoga and had a very active lifestyle. Yesterday been diagnosed with NAFL. I drink socially I can say how many glass of wine I had in the last 3 months. I’m not overweight but I been taken a lot of supplements. Do you think Thais had triggered the Fatty Liver ? What I’m going to do ? I have a marathon in 4 weeks time and a second in 8 weeks. I don’t understand I’m very sad and angry.
