Surprise! You have nafld!

After battling colon cancer in 2001, my doctor sent me for a liver biopsy when he saw some spots on a ct scan. Results were negative for cancer. I was never told I had nafld until years later! Now trying to get on a healthy eating regimen.

It won't help, but that is a frequent story. Doctors were always taught that fat in the liver is benign. That is true until it isn't. Our changing lifestyles have too frequently put us on a path where fatty liver becomes a health hazard. So for you, the first question is do you have NAFLD or its child NASH. NAFLD is simply fat, NASH is when it starts to cause damage. People tend to use the terms interchangeably which is wrong. In either case, your tool is diet. Here is a link that might help you get started.
