Progress on the screening project, how to make healthy food taste better, you won't succeed if it does not

I was in Houston working on the project Wednesday. A critical step is what to do after the scan to help people. People who are shown to have advancing fibrosis will be directed to a hepatologist but most people need to learn how to eat to avoid advancing disease. The University of Texas has a new program which teaches how to convert traditional diets that are harmful to healthier ones that still taste good. Lifestyle changes are hard because we don't really like the food. This is an effort to change that and we are going to work with them to teach that along with our screening
