Scare for my liver. I am 23 Years old

Hi guys in december i decided to take a health screening with my family and all blood works were fine except for my liver pannel where alt is 61 and ast 32. Bil is 1.8 too. Did and ultrasound last week and secretly asked the radiographer if she found anything. Because she looks tenses throughout the scan. And she told its fatty liver. I am scare its more then that. Doctot ordered some bloodtest for auto immune diesease as well. Some one help me ubderstand please

Tbh i am scare of liver problem now... i quit smoking 3-4 months ago. And only drink when partying with friends. 171 cm and 80KG

If your doc hasn’t already explained things, make an appointment to have him/her do just that. Most of the time fatty liver can be reversed with a good healthy diet. That you stopped smoking is excellent. Be sure you aren’t binge drinking. You can party with a drink or two. Hope this helps.

There is not enough information there to really tell you anything definitive so you need to relax until you see your doctor. Lots of things could account for those blood tests so take a breath until you get more information.
