Went on a trip to Albuquerque NM (over to play at the casino overnight) Could barely eat during the day. Went to the bathroom to blow my nose and allot of blood came out every time I did this. Blew my nose this morning very large blood clot came out followed by some blood but not nearly the blood loss as yesterday. Today heavy cramps in legs. Yesterday just felt really bad. Is this part of the NASH or something else?

A very weird day yesterday

Hi Utep
Well, that gets into a medical opinion that we aren't able to give you. I can give you a few things to consider when you talk to your doctor. One issue with liver disease is that it often makes your blood platelets go low which makes bleeding more severe for some people and could relate to a nosebleed. It also can disturb your blood chemistry and some people have cramping so it is a good idea to make sure your doctor determines if your liver is involved or not.
I was dx with ITP & FL when hospitalized in 2015 with a very low platelet count (8,000). Dx with Alpha1 Antitrypsin Deficiency in 2017 (liver affected). I used to also have blood when blowing my nose often, but never a nose bleed. I was covered in bruises (some the size of a pencil eraser, others the size of a salad plate-but 50+ bruises at a time, most with no reason). You might want to get a CBC to check your platelet count (normal range is 150,000-450,000).
