I have stag 3 fibrosis of the liver .Been trying to diet but run out ideals. I need help

I have been doing a veg fry in a little extra virgin olive oil. Sliced summer squash, zuccini, cut cherry tomato in half fry each separate. Can do asparagrass also put a few across top. Put on plate separately or mix together. Your body still needs fat. Your brain is 66 % fat

Hi and welcome to the community. Exercise is just as important as diet and you can make small gradual changes that add up to a big difference. The thing that worked great for me was to buy an inexpensive exercise bike from Amazon ($130) which was delivered to my front door and not too hard to build! Let me know if you would like the link.

For diet I have started switching out from a lot of white stuff to a lot of colorful stuff, so really reduced pasta, white bread, cheese and sugar type foods and replaced with lots of green and colorful vegetables. So out goes macncheese, in comes vegetable soup. Hope that gives you some ideas!

Thank you just results on a another test .blood test i dont have stag 3 liver fibrosis just really fat liver .God answer my prayers. I am working on eat alot veg and fruit and watching my calories. Thank u for the help. I go back to dr in march than 6 months i the test redone fibroscan and labs.this all started in 2016 my liver emzyes are high

Hi Sassy changing eating habits is hard but vital. We stopped saying diet and think about it as different good food. We eat plenty but if the bulk is plants hunger isn't a problem for us. Here is a link that might help fattyliverfoundation.org/di...
