Fatigue is typically a symptom due in part to poor digestion which means fuel shortage for the cells. The omega 9 of olive oil is the most efficient which is part of why we recommend it. People also often have a problem digesting protein so we use BCAA, branched chain amino acid, 4 grams per day for that. It is predigested protein.
