I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago. Was diagnosed with hoshimotos disease, is, and Celiac's 7 years ago. Have had terrible pain in side since gallbladder was removed. Now Dr left message with fatty liver diagnoses. No idea what to do since my diet is so restricted.

Hi and thanks for joining the community. There is lots of information already here with ideas so please start by browsing the other posts and the pinned posts. If you are already on a restricted diet then maybe go through this checklist:

- can you increase fiber?

- can you increase probiotic foods (for "good bacteria")?

- can you increase good fat (olive oil, fish) and reduce "bad" fat? (red meat, butter, cheese)

- can you avoid most sugar and refined carbs?

Most importantly though, can you increase your activity? Gentle exercise such as walking 20 mins each day and then building up from there?

Not what you're looking for?
