Age concern lunches have shut down for the festive season, and I do not like dining alone when everyone else is celebrating with family and friends - and is fasting the ideal antidote to festive over-eating?

Four days in - I felt great on my 5km walk yesterday afternoon... but my exercise routine this morning was difficult - is there any logical reason for feeling more hypo in the morning? I would have thought that one's blood glucose would have been topped up overnight. I slept well last night - with less palpitations and no raised pulse rate overnight: I have an Apple watch that I use to monitor my sleep.
Seven day Fast completed. On day 6 my 45minute stretch and exercise routine took me 68 minutes - and I did not attempt it on day 7.
I read somewhere that the rate at which you can get calories from stored fat depends on how much spare fat you have - and I was below my target weight - and as light as I had been for half a century.
Two days after completing the fast I am feeling OK - and their morning my 45-minute routine took me 46 minutes.
