Second day fasting!

Hi, I started fasting yesterday 16.8 found it ok for my first day, feel good when I woke this morning going for a long walk today.

Did you go straight into 16:8, or did you "transition into it"?

Yes I did, found it ok really lol only my second day but feeling ok. I'm just making better chooses and no snacking on junk.
