Simply put came from 87.3 to 85.5 in a month. I am so happy especially because I didn't work out much since I've been recovering from a dislocated knee.
Now that I've getting back to my old self and will be working out I can't wait for next month's weigh in.
Thanks for all the support

Not been around sorry but I do stick to LCHF pretty well after limiting my carb to about 100g. I did a 16:8 everyday but did fall off once or twice on weekends with friends and family dinner and night outs. I use the app"zero" for fasting and "fitnesspal" for carb protein and fat count.
Now I am changing it to a 5:2 and during the 5 I'll be sticking to a 16:8 plus daily swimming (coz of my leg obviously).
I wouldn't say it was too much, we are all different! Try it and adjust it either way, depending on your results. If this has been what you did for the past month, then it must work for you. Being active is very good and healthy! BUT please don't put too much hope on it making you lose a lot of weight. It is far more what you eat that controls that area! Working out is more about 'distribution' of what you eat and where it is used.
Carry on and keep us informed, you are doing great. 👍
