As its holiday time here's an article about fasting while on holiday/vacation. I like where it says if you don't want to fast on holiday then don't. It's worth remembering that fasting can help prevent jet lag on a long haul holiday flight, as fasting helps reset our body clocks.
This reminds me of my money-making idea... I was thinking of selling a:
"Holiday Substitute Kit", in which there would be:
Sun-tan lamp.
Air tickets
Tummy- bug pills
Salt-sand mixture
Instructions...
Simulate the first part of your holiday by spending days trying to get on a plane with the (invalid) air tickets.
Go home... burn yourself with the sun-tan lamp,
and rub the salt-sans mixture into your sunburn. Use the pill to give yourself a tummy bug! All the fun of a Summer holiday!
Serious suggestions:
Use a cheap airline that does not provide food.
One Meal A Day (OMAD) Eat in the evening
One Meal A Day (OMAD) Eat the included full breakfast
Leave your wallet at home so you cannot buy any food.
I'm mainly a16/8er. We go half-board for a week and I find missing lunch dead easy. It's not difficult getting back into the swing of things when we get back and I don't usually put on weight.

Hey Hidden this sounds a great approach that works for you. If you'd like an IF16/18 badge then please just say. 😊

Ooh yes please 👍

All done 😊 we can only have IF16 or IF18.

Aha, I didn't appreciate it was either or- I'm an IF16 in that case, if you'd care to change it. Sorry and thanks.

We have limited text choices for badges so we can’t have 16/18 so it was my mistake, you have an IF 16 now. 😊
