I think that many will be able to relate to this paragraph from the article,
“Saying you want to start and lose weight is great lip service, but actually doing it is terrifying and full of uncertainty. But once you do it - put one foot on the ground... it becomes second nature. And then there’s no looking back."
I think thats it's great that there's a lot in the press about the many benefits IF. 😊
Thanks for posting this. Gives me renewed determination to do some trials tweaking LCHF and IF. I’ve lost over 15kg in the last 5 months, but the rate of loss has really slowed up now and is more unpredictable. Reading this has focused my thoughts, and I realise I’m fasting much less than I used to. I was pretty strictly fasting at least 16:8, every day, easily, but have just not been consciously doing that the past 4 weeks. Still eating only one or two meals a day as I’m just not hungry, but House guests, sickness, life etc took away my focus on the timing. Onwards now to tackle the next 15kg.
