Thanks for this S11m I did not realise that for over 40s, 3-4 20hr fasts per week with calorie cycling is better.
His aim seems to be primarily fat loss, is that right?
I'm guessing from other research that 16:8 over 40 still has all the other benefits.

I think he is mostly a body-builder - so his interest would be fat loss without loss of lean mass... but he mentions autophagy and longevity?
