Hi I'm just recovering from bells palsey for the 3rd time in 23 years and just wondered if headaches are a part of it as I can't recall the last times I had it. I train 5 days a week yet a week b4 this bout I got an awful headache whilst training and am now wary to train. Also what a gr8 site this is!!!
