Ramsey hunt complications - pulsatile tinnitus

I had Ramsey hunt syndrome in December which developed into facial palsy. Although I have recovered from both for the past 3 months I have had pulsatile tinnitus in my affected ear. I suffer from anxiety so this has also been a trigger for me. I wasn’t sure whether the pulsatile tinnitus is common after having the above or a sign of something else?
