Hi - Bells Palsy sufferer from years ago. Had a small operation via NHS to lift my eye-lid slightly. suggested it wasn't worth doing anything with my saggy eye-bags.

Always get the "big night last night?" comments and they're very annoying.

Looking for advice re whether an op is worth it. Reading about "non-surgical" eye bag removal. will it work?
