Is Disimpaction complete? (Graphic Pic)

Hi, we have been doing the disimpaction regime (we are on day 19) with my 10 year old with 12 x Movicol and 20ml senna (senna was added a few days ago). We have had poos in the last week or so from thick to thin watery gravy and today we’ve had two incidents of this. I apologise for Graphic pics below but just wanted to confirm if this shows that disimpaction is now complete? These pics were of two separate seatings and at the bottom of the bowl were dark flecks of poo but it was pretty much watery.

Does it seem like we can now wean down the Senna and the Movicol to a maintenance dose?

Many thanks for your help.
