how is this possible

my little has been constipated for years. Disimpacted last June and has been on a maintenance dose (movicol) since. Then last week she started having smears in her pants again despite doing regular sausage poos every second day. Thought hm maybe a second disimpaction wouldn't hurt incase things have built up again.

Well. This is day 7. She's had nothing but liquid poo that reeks since we started!! How could she have that much poo in her but is still able to form sausage logs! This is taking longer than the first disimpaction took and no rusty water in sight this time around. She's leaking poo in her sleep from the max dose of movicol so its definitely in full swing. I just don't understand how this is possible!! Did anyone else experience this?

How does she do perfect number 4 poos though - I don't understand how the two things are possible together?

If it wasnt for the two accidents id never have wondered because she poos so perfectly in the maintenance dose! Is it high up? I don't understand how this has happened!
