Anaemic?

Hi. My son recently did 2 disimpaction regiemes. He is very tired since and has dark circles under his eyes. I was wondering if anyone here has experienced anaemia after disimpaction or even if its possible? Was thinking that maybe absorption of nutrients have been affected a bit? By the way he is also a vegetarian. Thanks in advance.

Movicol doesn't enter the blood stream so it won't affect nutrients etc...
