Taking macrogol for disimpaction

hello,

when I get to 6-8 sachets on the escalating regime for disimpaction is it better to take them all at once or take half first thing in the morning and half later on in the day?

My daughter on 6 atm for 3 days then I up it again I give her 4 sachets as well as added fluid on top the more fluid the better it works.Then 2 more sachets 3hrs later as it takes between 4-6hrs to work on my daughter.

How do you get your daughter to take so much fluid, I'm really struggling, my daughter is 5 and can only drink one sachet at a time mixed with milk or its too much fluid to take in

is it more effective to give all at once or in divided doses?

It doesn't matter when you give them as long as it's done in the day. It will be effective regardless.

we are on max dose now for age. Tummy pain is worse today. Is this usual? He’s been complaining all day. He was in pin for the past two weeks hence we found that he was impacted after going to doc but today had been really bad. 8 sachets.

I know they say a little pain is normal I just want to hear what you guys have experienced and how long the pain lasted
