Disimpaction regime day 2 vomiting 5 year old

Hi all, we are day 2 on movicol disimpaction, meant to be 4 sachets today, she managed 3, then started complaining of tummy pain and feeling sick and now has just thrown up everywhere. Is this normal, she's been having daily bowel movement on 1 sachet epr day but the paediatrician thought she could feel something higher up so said to do the disimpaction regime 2, 4,4,6,6,8,8, day 2 and already throwing up, is this normal, what do I do, just carry on?
