Constant soiling

Have a 10 year old son who keeps soiling himself was good at toilet when he was a toddler but since he started primary school and was at toilet an older boy held on to him round his throat and he started to soiling himself , have had him at Gp and told he could be constipated but everything I tried didn’t work he is now 10 years old and still having these accidents and referred to the nurse whom prescribed sachets to make him go but he can’t take this medicine even tried mixing with orange juice but still can’t take medicine please help at my wits end and stressed out what can I do have been trying him going to toilet every hour seemed to work for about two weeks then back to square one (help)
