Hi, has anyone tried their child with chicory inulin for constipation? Despite a very healthy diet and lots of water my son is still having to take 4 sachets of Movicol daily. I was researching natural laxatives and chicory inulin came up - can anyone recommend and advise on a good brand to try please? Or any type of natural alternative please? Many thanks 🦋

Nutrigen Inulin from Holland and Barrett is pretty good and not a bad flavour. We’ve had good results with it
