4 year old on Laxido - witholding poo’s

Our 4 year old son has been on Laxido for 8 months and wasn’t too bad taking it before but recently he has started to refuse to take it. We mix the sachet with enough water to disolve it and then add to his milk but this isn’t working anymore as he keeps saying it tastes funny. Would be greatful for any advice on how to help him as it has been several days since he has been to poo and is in discomfort. Thanks

Once mixed up with the correct amount of water first you can add it to anything else afterwards. also pop it in the fridge making it cold make's it more palatable.

We had the exact same issue. Now we just put it into no added sugar squash. I think the benefits of your child getting the medication outweigh the downside. We have been living with it for 2 years now and never get any complaints now. Best of luck
