Why have I started bedwetting again, I’m 16 and I’ve started to wet the bed every night and I don’t know how to manage it. I often leak during the day as well? I don’t know what to do?

Sorry I have no experience of teen problems but presume that as general advice it’s already been suggested that you make sure to exercise your pelvic floor muscles regularly (whether you’re male or female)?

My daughter of 8 years (I know a lot younger than you) got put on a medication called Desmopressin for bedtime wetting. She also sees a urologist as has problems with wetting in the day too and frequency and is on a medication called Tolterodine. Some of her problems I think are linked to a medical condition and constipation but the same medication could help you - worth a try.
