How do you know disimpactation is complete?

My daughter is 4 nearly 5! She was on laxido for a week, 2 sachets a day in this time she passed 2 rock like poos followed by runny poo!

We took her back to the Dr and she felt her tummy and said she has chronic constipation with overflow. We have followed the disimpactation guide for a week we got up to 6 sachets a day and her poo is like any orangey brown colour and is watery, however since the disimpactation course shes not passed any solid poos I was expecting big rock like poos like before, but all weve had is very loose poo and now water! Does this mean disimpactation is complete ? I really dont want to start reducing if it doesnt mean that. She has had a swollen belly for about 2 years which hasn't significantly changed with disimpactation. I really dont know what to do regarding the doses now? Do I lower or do I continue ?thank you
