We have not made any progress with 4 year old daughter during the day and she is still regularly in pullups or nappies in the day as she is now having wetting and pooing accidents, my dilemma I have now is she is on day 4 of waking up with a dry nappy, do I take her out of night time nappies and stick to daytime only or do we stick in them to avoid confusion. I've heard of daytime dryness before night dryness but never the other way around! Some guidance would be great!

Confused on next step

Hi no real specialist thoughts I’m afraid as mine followed the typical way of dry in day before night but we did so nappy at night still and pants in the day so I would go for it if you feel confident that she will stay dry. Having the nice feeling of knickers in the night may encourage her more in the day. Good luck!
Slightly different situation as my son is older and has trouble with dysfunctional voiding and twitchy bladder, but he is still struggling with the day time but has been dry at night for about 18 months. The hospital were a bit confused but just said it could only be a good sign!!
Hi, my daughter who is now 5, has been dry at night for 18 months, but still has accidents during the day. It is so frustrating! She is at school and can have multiple little wet accidents a day. We took her out of pull up and just try to deal with it day to day. There are like pant linners called dry like me you can try.
I don't have any advice just want you yo know you are not alone!
