I was wetting the bed at 14

When I was 12 and I had wet the bed before and eventually it had stopped it was just a few times then. When I was 14 I started having accidents again and after awhile of doing this I started wearing diapers to bed. Altough at first I was very scared to wear diapers to bed I was eventually super glad I did. They were one of the most comfortable things I've worn before and I'm not soaked when I wake up anymore. It may be really hard at first but eventually you will love them. Now I am 16 years old and I still wet the bed but I still am in diapers and I love it.

Maybe you should visit your Doctor and talk about why you're still wetting the bed at 16 and they can refer you to a specialist as this shouldn't be happening at your age.

Tenna ladies pads are good too I have a weak bladder too after having six children. I don't drink anything after 8pm. Unless I'm going out. But have notice I only leak when I sneeze or cough.bless you.
