Hi my daughter is 4 1/2 and we have struggled with consultation since she was born. We are on a variety of treatment and under the consultant and a specialist nurse. I am wondering whether she may have a food allergy as the treatments don’t seem to work. I want to get her tested but want to make sure I get a proper medically qualified nutritionist. Has anyone got any suggestions? She starts school in September so will need to be out of nappies. Thank you x

Nutritionist advice?
I am referring to the nutritionists I used. My daughter clearly has food allergies although this was never picked up in any tests by doctors but when she eats wheat or milk she bloats and her poo becomes very running and splatty. I have been told she has no allergies according to the doctor but the nutritionist was extremely useful.
I used Charlotte Pickles nutrition and Eve Kalinik - both excellent and incredibly helpful
My child had this. We didn’t get to the bottom of his intolerances until we saw a really good dietician and started cutting things out if his diet. For us it ended up being wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs and oats. I never would’ve got to the bottom of it alone.
We reintroduced them all back in (with the help of the dietician) and he was fine by about 5 years old. Now he eats a normal diet
