Daughter with constipation

My daughter has suffered with constipation for 4 years. We got it under control then this year, she's getting blocked again, ive tried sprouts, beans and figs and plenty of water. Plus movicol. And nothing is happening im at my wits end now please help a stressed out parent

Hi have you tried asking the doctor for pico sulphate. It's really helped my 12 year old son. He has senna with it too 🤩

Senna/ Pico sulfate has got things moving with us in conjunction with movicol

We are nowhere near having anything sorted with my son, but I recently added a probiotic into his diet which is having a bit of an effect. It’s pretty inconsistent but he’s had some good days recently.it might be worth a try
