Son has ace but is badly constipated

Hiya, my son had the ace fitted Sept 2018 and his micky button was fitted Jan 19. He is currently in bed with bad constipation, his washout on Thursday was just water and just water Friday. He is just passing overflow into his pull up and last night it was up his back and I had to change his bed sheet twice. He hasn't eaten nothing since Thursday and has just been lying in bed. I did ring his stoma nurse on Friday but no one available till Monday. Any advice please? ps I put a movicol in his ace earlier today to see if that would help soften it. He is 14 and has cerebral palsy and autism xxx

I would phone 111 assuming you are in the UK. They may advise you to visit the out of hours doctor at the hospital. Is he is discomfort?
